- Courier fee, Sms Fee, and other proceeding processing fees are not included in the processing fee above.
Duration
- 10 working days to 3 weeks
- The duration process could be extended no more than 6 to 8 weeks as the application case can vary by the documents or from the biometric schedule process.
- Due to consulate backlogs or political changes, it is highly advisable to apply for a visa at least 3-6 months before planned departure.

- Visa fee rates are subject to change without prior notice.
- The approval and denial of the application are subject to the embassy’s discretion.
- The estimated processing time is 2 to 3 weeks, so applicants are advised to leave enough time – between the appointment date and travel date – for the Mission to process their visa application; no guarantees can be given on the visa application’s return date for any delays that may occur.
Appearance
- Personal appearance is not required for the New Zealand embassy application (Unless the embassy requested it).
